Do you clean seven days a week, including same-day turnovers?

Yes. Bookings don't take weekends off and neither do we. Tight same-day checkout-to-check-in windows are our specialty, and every home is guest-ready before 4 PM check-in.

What's included in a standard turnover?

Fresh linens and bed styling, a full kitchen and bathroom reset including inside appliances, dusting and sanitizing of all surfaces, floors vacuumed and mopped, trash removed, essentials restocked, photo documentation, and a final inspection against our checklist.

Do you handle linens, and do you bring supplies?

Yes to both. We bring our own supplies and equipment, restock guest consumables, and provide hotel-quality linen laundering, folding, and restocking, so every turnover is complete and guest-ready.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Tendwell is licensed and insured, on every clean.

How does the satisfaction guarantee work?

Do you handle hot tubs?

Cabins mean hot tubs. Every turn we empty, clean, and refill the tub and add the proper chemicals, so it's fresh, balanced, and ready for the next guests.
