When you book a consultation through our Calendly scheduling link, or email us directly, Tendwell receives the information you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, and any property or scheduling details you share. We do not operate account registration or contact forms on this website.

This website uses Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referring sites). Those providers may set cookies or collect IP address and browser information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Tendwell encourages you to review the privacy policies of Calendly, Google, and Vercel, and of any other websites you choose to link to from this site. Tendwell is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Tendwell website.

Tendwell uses the contact details you provide to respond to audit bookings, answer service questions, and deliver the cleaning services you request. We may also send service-related updates. We do not run marketing surveys from this website.

Tendwell does not sell, rent, or lease customer lists to third parties. We may share data with trusted processors (for example Calendly for scheduling, email providers, and analytics vendors) solely to operate the site and services.
