A home that is clean most of the time isn’t enough. One missed turnover, one overlooked detail, one rushed Saturday, and weeks of five-star reviews are undone. The work that matters is the work that happens every single day, to the exact same standard, whether it’s the first clean of the week or the fortieth.

Tendwell was founded by Jordan and Jack on a simple, stubborn conviction: the Smoky Mountains deserved a cleaning company defined by consistency, not excuses.

They had seen what happens when turnovers are treated as an afterthought: the missed cleans, the unanswered messages, the one-star reviews that owners can’t explain. So they built the opposite.
